Optimart is committed to the complete satisfaction of all our customers. Each and every one of our pictures is carefully checked at every stage of its production to ensure that it meets the high standard you expect. We also take as much care over packaging to make sure that it reaches you in exactly the same condition that it left our workshop. Your satisfaction is our priority.

I n the event you are not satisfied for whatever reason with your orders via the 'Gallery' art items, you can just return the item within 14 days and we will refund your original order in full on conditon that you have informed us of your decision within seven days of receiving the order.

Orders made via 'Your-photo-to-art', 'Restorations' and 'Transfers' items are not covered by this guarantee as they are bespoke items. However, if we feel we will be unable to produce an optimum quality product from the image(s) you supply, we will refund your payment in full and return the original(s).

Optimart is not responsible for the loss or damage in transit of any items sent to us. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items are appropriately indemnified against any loss or damage. Items sent by Optimart are covered by the handler's insurance. Customers must inform Optimart within 24 hours about any damage to items received.

Optimart accepts all images in goodwill and on the assumption that they do not infringe any copyright laws. Should any litigation arise as a result of an image supplied to us by a customer that customer shall indemnify Optimart against any legal costs arising. Optimart also reserves the right to refuse an order for whatever reason. If you are in any doubt as to the legality or decency of any images, please do not send them to us.

Optimart reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice. Any change of terms supersedes and invalidates any previous published terms. All orders made via Optimart represent a full acceptance of these terms.
