All our shipping information is for the UK only excluding the Channel Islands. Please contact us for individual quotes on cost and times for locations outside the UK.

For all our art orders, shipping takes ten working days from clearance of funds. So if you have paid by Paypal, that means you will receive your art ten working days later. If you have paid by cheque, it will take 15 working days from receipt of your cheque.

Enlargements via Your-photo-to-art will take ten working days from receipt of your image and clearance of funds.

We aim to turn around restorations within five working days from receipt of the image and clearance of funds.

The time between you placing your order and receiving the picture is a very important part of our quality control. Our 200-year fade-resistant reputation is based on ensuring the print is perfectly dry before we handle it and apply its protective coat of special varnish.

We use three different forms of shipping depending on the size of the order. All orders are securely packaged and tracked in transit.
